| THSR Ticket Changes

• Ticket Not Yet Collected: THSR travel time and date cannot be changed online. To make changes, please cancel the original order and rebook.
• Ticket Collected (including T-EX App): Once collected, changes or cancellations cannot be processed via this platform. You must go to the THSR station ticket window at least 30 minutes before the specified travel date's departure to process the change or refund. Changes are limited to one change of train service on the same day only.
• If a refund is processed, the ticket fare, after deducting the handling fee, will be returned in cash. Please be sure to note your train time and collect your ticket in advance. Refunds will not be accepted if you fail to collect the ticket in time to catch your reserved service.

| THSR Ticket Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellation of the itinerary must include the refund of the discounted THSR ticket; the HSR ticket cannot be kept separately. If the discounted HSR ticket is used in violation of the project rules, the HSR Corporation reserves the right to retroactively pursue the discounted fare difference.
• Ticket Not Yet Collected:
  • a. Cancellation more than 30 minutes before the HSR service's scheduled departure time incurs a 0% handling fee on the HSR ticket price.
  • b. Cancellation within 30 minutes of the HSR service's scheduled departure time incurs a handling fee of 100% of the HSR ticket price.
• Ticket Collected (including T-EX App):
  • a. You must bring the ticket to the HSR station ticket window or the original convenience store where it was collected at least 30 minutes before departure to process the refund. The refund will be returned in cash after deducting the handling fee.
  • b. Obtain the refund proof and provide it to this platform's customer service staff to proceed with the itinerary cancellation.
• Typhoon Refund Policy:
  • a. From the date the sea typhoon warning is issued until it is lifted, passengers may apply for a refund at any station ticket window within 1 year of the travel date. After the ticket has been verified by station staff as unused, the full collected fare will be refunded, without handling fees.
  • b. If you wish to process a refund at a convenience store more than 30 minutes before the original train's departure, the "HSR refund fee" will be waived, but the "convenience store service fee" must still be charged according to the store's regulations.
  • c. The original purchase or collection handling fee is not refundable.

※ Note 1: Both the HSR ticket and the attraction itinerary must be processed for change/refund simultaneously. If any ticket has been used or if the HSR ticket is not canceled before the departure time, no refund will be granted. Partial refunds (e.g., refunding only one person from a two-person booking) are not permitted.
※ Note 2: Changes to a designated discounted service are limited to one change to another applicable designated service or seating on the same day only. If you wish to change the date, route segment, car type, or status, or if the change does not comply with the "Applicable Designated Services," the original discount will not apply. For change or refund requests, please follow the ticket status procedures outlined above.
※ Note 3: The designated discounted service ticket is only valid for the specified date and service time on the ticket. Passengers who use the discounted ticket to change to another service without proper procedure will lose the original discount. If caught without having paid the fare difference, they will be charged the full fare difference plus a 50% penalty on the fare difference for the traveled segment.

| Attraction Change and Cancellation Notes:

• The attraction usage date cannot be changed online. To make changes, please cancel the original order and rebook. The refund standard for each attraction follows its respective refund instructions, and customer service will assist in processing the request according to regulations.
• The attraction ticket must be canceled simultaneously with the HSR ticket; it cannot be kept separately. If the HSR ticket has already been collected, you must process the refund and obtain proof at the HSR station or the original collection channel 30 minutes before departure, then submit the application via [Member Center] → [My Orders] → [Apply for Refund].

※ Visiting Reminders:

• The entire museum area (including outdoor and indoor areas) is non-smoking.
• The museum's outdoor park is located in an air traffic control area, and all aerial objects that pose flight safety concerns, such as sky lanterns, fireworks, kites, and remote-controlled aircraft, are strictly prohibited from being launched.
• Pets are not allowed inside the museum (except for service dogs on duty).
• Long-handled umbrellas and objects exceeding A3 size are not allowed in the exhibition halls.
• During the visit, please refrain from eating, drinking, or recording videos/taking photos (except where specifically announced as permitted), and please maintain soft voices.
• Due to the preservation needs of the collections, the exhibition hall air conditioning temperature is set low. Please bring warm clothing if necessary. Do not wear improper attire, slippers, roller shoes, or use skateboards or bicycles inside the museum.
• Please follow the on-site rules upon entry. The museum reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors whose behavior is deemed detrimental to the safety of the exhibits or the viewing order.

The museum reserves the right to claim compensation from anyone causing damage or destruction to the museum's facilities or collections.

• Once any product or complimentary gift in the package has been redeemed or used, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
• Please be sure to check the operating hours of the redemption location. If redemption is unavailable at a certain time, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
• This ticket is limited to one person per ticket. Each electronic ticket can only be used once and cannot be reused after verification/entry.
• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain), the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event for public safety. The organizer will announce and provide contact information in advance and reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event content for any unforeseen circumstances.
