Ordering Instructions

  • Please select an attraction product first and then add on THSR tickets to enjoy a 15% exclusive discount on reserved seats in Standard and Business Cars.
  • Booking availability is subject to THSRC announcements. Current regulations allow booking from 29 days before the travel date (inclusive) up to 60 minutes before departure. Every Friday and Saturday, tickets up to four Sundays ahead can be booked (booking opens earlier for specific holidays; please refer to the THSRC website).
  • If a traveler needs to cancel the trip, both the attraction itinerary and THSR tickets must be refunded together; individual cancellations are not permitted.

Ticket Types and Discounts

  • Adult Ticket: Purchase designated attraction products to enjoy a 15% discount on full-fare THSR reserved seats in Standard or Business Cars.
  • Concession Ticket: Seniors, disabled persons, or children enjoy a 50% discount on full fares. Ticket types and applicable car classes follow THSRC regulations. Concession tickets (Child/Senior/Disabled) can be purchased separately without bundling with an attraction product.

Restrictions

  • Train Numbers, Times, and Seats: Subject to the availability shown on this platform. Seats are automatically assigned by the system; no manual selection is available, and adjacent seats are not guaranteed.
  • Route Restrictions: One of either the origin or destination stations must be located in the region of the itinerary. Business Car tickets are not available for Nangang–Taipei, Nangang–Banqiao, and Taipei–Banqiao routes.

※ Note: Please read the "Public Statement for Personal Data Protection Act of THSR Joint Ticket Project" carefully. Completing an order implies that you have read and agreed to the statement.

1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code); no physical tickets will be sent separately.
2. After payment is completed, please check your inbox for the [Payment Success Notification]. Use the QR Code attached in the email for redemption, or go to the website's [Member Center] → [My Orders] → [Paid] tab → Click [View] to access the QR Code for redemption.
3. Present the electronic voucher (QR Code) at the attraction's redemption point to be scanned by staff for use. 

| THSR Ticket Collection Methods:

  • Ticket Type: For one-way tickets, you will receive 1 set of Voucher Number (Reservation Number); for round-trip tickets, you will receive 2 sets of Voucher Numbers (Outbound/Inbound).
  • Please take your THSR Reservation Number and the ID Number of the person collecting the ticket (used at the time of booking) to THSR station ticket windows, automatic ticket vending machines, convenience stores (an additional handling fee of NT$10 per ticket, NT$20 for round-trip, applies), or use the THSR T-EX Mobile Ticketing App to collect your ticket.

※Note 1: For detailed mobile ticketing information and precautions regarding Senior/Concession ticket collection and the ticket distribution function, please refer to the "Collection Instructions" in the T-EX App. Passengers purchasing concession tickets must have valid ID ready for verification during purchase, collection, and boarding.
※Note 2: For tickets collected via the T-EX App, any changes or refunds must be processed at a THSR station ticket window. 

| Mini Suzuka Circuit Birel N35 Go-Kart

  • Redemption Method: Please visit the Suzuka Circuit Park Ticket Center counter at least 30 minutes before the park closes. Proactively present your electronic voucher (QR code). After verification, you will be given an unlimited-ride wristband to wear. Show the wristband at facilities to ride. Once the wristband is attached, it is non-transferable.
  • First-time drivers must pay an additional NT$100 briefing/training fee on-site.
  • Go-kart sessions are limited per time slot each day. Sessions cannot be reserved in advance; please check the available slots on-site before redemption.
  • Tickets can be used on both weekdays and weekends. For special holidays, consecutive holidays, and the Lunar New Year period, any required surcharges will be based on on-site announcements.

| THSR Ticket Changes

  • Tickets Not Yet Collected: THSR departure times and dates cannot be changed online. If you need to make changes, please cancel the original order and rebook.
  • Tickets Already Collected (including T-EX collection): Once collected, changes or cancellations cannot be processed through this platform. At the latest, please bring your ticket to a THSR station ticket window at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure to process a change or refund. Each ticket is "limited to one change for a train on the same day."
  • In the event of a refund, the ticket fare will be returned in cash after deducting the handling fee. Please be mindful of your departure time and complete ticket collection in advance. Refunds will not be accepted if you are unable to board the reserved train due to late ticket collection.

| THSR Ticket Cancellation and Refunds

  • Itinerary cancellations must be processed along with the refund of THSR discounted tickets; discounted tickets cannot be retained individually. If discounted tickets are used individually in violation of project regulations, THSRC reserves the right to recover the discount difference.
  • Tickets Not Yet Collected:
    • a. Cancellation "more than 30 minutes" before the scheduled departure time of the selected THSR train will incur a 0% handling fee on the THSR ticket price.
    • b. Cancellation "within 30 minutes" of the scheduled departure time of the selected THSR train will incur a 100% handling fee on the THSR ticket price.
  • Tickets Already Collected (including T-EX collection):
    • a. At the latest, please bring your ticket to a THSR station ticket window or the original convenience store location at least 30 minutes before departure to process a refund. The ticket fare will be returned in cash after deducting the handling fee.
    • b. Provide the refund certificate to this platform's customer service staff to proceed with the itinerary cancellation.
  • Typhoon-Related Refund Regulations:
    • a. From the date a sea typhoon warning is issued until the date it is lifted, passengers may process a refund at any station ticket window within 1 year from the date of travel. Upon confirmation by station staff that the ticket is unused, the actual paid fare will be refunded without a handling fee.
    • b. If you wish to process a refund at a convenience store at least 30 minutes before the original departure time, the "THSR refund handling fee" is waived, but the "convenience store service fee" will still be charged according to the respective provider's regulations.
    • c. Handling fees from the original purchase or collection are non-refundable.

※Note 1: THSR tickets and attraction itineraries must be refunded or changed together. If any ticket has been used or is not cancelled before the departure time, no refund will be issued, nor can partial cancellations be made (e.g., for a party of two, only one person cannot cancel).
※Note 2: Changes to designated discounted trains are limited to one change for other applicable designated trains or seats on the same day. If you wish to change the date, route, car class, or status, or if the change does not comply with the "Applicable Designated Trains," the original discount will no longer apply. Please follow the ticket status procedures above for any change or refund needs.
※Note 3: Bookings for designated discounted trains are only valid for the date and train specified on the ticket. Passengers who change to other trains on their own with a designated discounted ticket will not enjoy the original discount. If discovered without proactive fare adjustment, the full fare must be paid along with a penalty fee of 50% of the fare difference for the traveled segment.

| Attraction Change and Cancellation Instructions:

  • Attraction usage dates cannot be changed online. If you need to make changes, please cancel the original order and rebook. Refund standards for each attraction are subject to their respective refund descriptions; customer service will assist according to regulations.
  • Attraction tickets must be refunded together with THSR tickets and cannot be retained individually. If THSR tickets have already been collected, please process the refund at a THSR station or original collection channel at least 30 minutes before departure, obtain proof, and then apply under [Member Center] → [My Orders] → [I want a refund].

  • This ticket is limited to one person per ticket. Each electronic ticket can only be used once and cannot be reused after verification and entry.
  • In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and heavy rain), the organizer may postpone or cancel the event for public safety, with prior announcements and contact. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event for any matters not covered.

| Birel N35 Go-Kart - Usage Restrictions

  • One session of Birel N35 single go-kart at Mini Suzuka Circuit. Excludes the NT$100 mandatory briefing fee for first-time drivers.
  • Height requirement: Must be 155 cm or taller. For driving safety, those between 155-157 cm or 195 cm and taller must pass an on-site vehicle operation safety test before purchasing a ticket and driving.
  • To ensure safety, long hair past the shoulders must be tied up and tucked inside the helmet. Drivers must wear trousers and fully enclosed shoes (e.g., sneakers); high heels are not permitted.
  • Drivers under 18 must have a parental consent form read and signed by both the minor driver and their legal guardian. If personal information is found to be false, incomplete, or incorrect, the company reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate all or part of the service.   • For safety reasons, individuals aged 65 or older, people with disabilities, pregnant women, those under the influence of alcohol, or individuals with cardiovascular disease, high/low blood pressure, epilepsy, neck or back conditions, or physical discomfort are not permitted to drive. Each facility has its own boarding restrictions; please follow the instructions of the service staff.
  • In case of rain or poor weather, the availability of facilities depends on their operational status; please refer to the on-site announcements.
  • If facilities are suspended due to weather or maintenance, it will be announced on-site. Visitors are advised to evaluate the situation before purchasing or redeeming tickets.
