| Waters of Taiwan Pavilion
This pavilion features a complete simulation of Taiwan's native aquatic ecosystems. Following the journey of a water droplet, it tells the story of Taiwan's ecology from rivers to the ocean. You can observe unique aquatic environments such as alpine streams, rivers, reservoirs, estuaries, and intertidal zones. The Open Ocean tank is the largest in Taiwan (22m wide x 32m long) with the largest water volume (one million gallons). It houses migratory oceanic species and displays dozens of large fish, including sharks, rays, bonitos, and groupers. At the touch pool, you can get up close and personal with intertidal creatures like sea cucumbers, sea urchins, and starfish.
| Coral Kingdom Pavilion
Guided by magnificent corals and colorful schools of fish at the entrance, visitors slowly descend past a cylindrical tank and gradually enter an 84-meter-long underwater tunnel. Weaving through the giant tanks, you can personally experience the vibrant and lively world of corals. Looking up at the fish swimming by makes you feel as if you are immersed in a wondrous underwater world. In the Beluga Tunnel area, you can also see the adorable and lovable beluga whales happily greeting visiting guests.

Through the integration of cutting-edge technology and 3D interactive animation, this pavilion introduces global waters and showcases four main themes: Ancient Oceans, Kelp Forests, Deep Sea, and Polar Waters. The museum holds daily ecological feeding shows at scheduled times and locations, such as the Open Ocean feeding in the Waters of Taiwan Pavilion, "Dancing with Fishes" in the Coral Kingdom Pavilion, and feeding shows for penguins, kelp forest residents, seals, and puffins in the Waters of the World Pavilion. These allow the public to better understand the wonders of the marine world. In addition to the scheduled shows on various themes, the museum also offers guided tours by reservation in both Chinese and English, promoting the rich marine biodiversity of Taiwan through diverse approaches.
