Booking Instructions
- Please select an attraction product and add a THSR ticket to enjoy the THSR package discount. Actual discount rates are subject to the selected train service.
- The opening time for ticket reservations is subject to the announcements of the Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation. Current regulations allow bookings from 29 days prior to the date of travel (inclusive) up to 60 minutes before the scheduled departure of the train. Every Friday and Saturday, tickets can be reserved up to the Sunday four weeks later (reservations will open earlier for specific holidays; please refer to the THSR Corporate Website Info).
- If passengers need to cancel their itinerary, the attraction products and THSR train tickets must be refunded and canceled together; individual cancellation of either item is strictly prohibited.
Ticket Types and Discounts
- Adult Ticket: Purchase any designated attraction product to enjoy discounted fares on THSR Standard Class and Business Class reserved seats. Actual discount rates are subject to the selected train service.
- Concession Ticket: Those who qualify for Senior, Concession, or Child status can enjoy a 50% discount on the full fare. The applicable ticket types and available add-on car classes are all handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation. Concession tickets (Child/Senior/Concession) can be purchased individually without being paired with attraction products.
Restrictions and Limitations
- Train Number, Time Slot, and Seating: Subject to the display on this platform's system. Seats are automatically allocated by the system; no seat selection feature is provided, and adjacent seating is not guaranteed.
- Route Segment Restrictions: Either the origin or destination station must be a station located in the area of the tour itinerary. Business Car tickets are not available for the Nangang–Taipei, Nangang–Banqiao, and Taipei–Banqiao segments.
