The following describes the refund application guidelines according to the "Product Category." Please read the content carefully to protect your rights:

The actual refund rules are based on the specific product description. Please review the refund rules, precautions, and usage restrictions stated on the product page before submitting a refund application.

The product categories sold on this website include Electronic Ticket Products and Tour Products (Cruise Bus).

 I. "Electronic Ticket Products (Including THSR Joint Ticket)" Return Application Guidelines

  1. THSR Joint Ticket Policy: THSR tickets and attraction tickets are bundled products and cannot be cancelled or retained separately; the entire order must be submitted for a refund.
  2. Attraction Ticket Refund: The usage date for attractions cannot be changed online. If a change is required, please cancel the original order and rebook.
  3. Electronic Voucher Validity: Please ensure the voucher is used by the specified date and method (including, but not limited to, usage time slots, reservation rules, etc.) as stated on the voucher and within the designated exchange period.
  4. Vendor Closure Handling: If the vendor providing the product or service closes or is unable to provide the service before the consumer uses it, the website will initiate the subsequent refund process.
  5. THSR Ticket Change/Cancellation (Ticket Not Yet Collected):
     THSR ride time and date cannot be changed online. If a change is required, please cancel the original order and rebook.
    Cancellations made 30 minutes or more before departure are free of charge; cancellations made within 30 minutes before departure will be charged 100% of the ticket price.
  6. THSR Ticket Change/Cancellation (Ticket Already Collected):
    • Once the ticket has been collected (including T-EX collection), changes or cancellations cannot be processed on this Platform.
    • You must bring the ticket to a THSR station ticket window no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure date to process a change; each ticket is ’limited to one change of train on the same day’.
    • If a refund is required, please process the ticket cancellation at a THSR station or the original ticketing channel at least 30 minutes before the train’s departure. The fare will be returned in cash after deducting the handling fee. After obtaining the proof document, please submit a refund application via [Member Center] → [My Orders] → [Request Refund].
  7. Typhoon Refund:
    From the date the sea typhoon warning is issued until the date it is lifted, passengers may process a refund at any station ticket window within 1 year from the date of travel. Upon confirmation by station staff that the THSR ticket was unused, the actual fare paid will be refunded, and the handling fee will be waived.
    If a refund is processed at a convenience store 30 minutes or more before the original scheduled train departure time, the "THSR Ticket Refund Handling Fee" may be waived, but the "Convenience Store Service Fee" will still be charged according to the respective vendor’s regulations.
    The original purchase or collection handling fee will not be refunded.

 II. "Tour Products (Cruise Bus)" Return Application Guidelines

  1. The cancellation and refund regulations for Tour Products comply with the relevant regulations of the Tourism Bureau and the travel contract signed with the passenger.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Please refer to the 《Standardized Contract for Domestic Travel》 for detailed cancellation regulations. The notification date must be based on the normal working hours announced by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration; time exceeding this will be calculated as the next working day.
  3. Personal Reasons: If passengers leave the group privately during the itinerary due to personal reasons or fail to gather, the Company will not provide a refund.
  4. Irresistible Factors: In the event of natural disasters or irresistible factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain, the Company reserves the right to postpone departure or issue a full refund.
  5. Change Fees: The passenger agrees that if the product is cancelled or postponed after ordering and payment, the resulting fees must be borne by the passenger.
