【Notice of Floor Change for Taipei 101 Observatory Ticket Redemption Equipment】
Due to adjustments to the service flow at Taipei 101 Observatory, starting from July 1, 2026, the Observatory ticket redemption equipment will be temporarily relocated from the 5th floor to the 1st floor service counter.
After arriving at Taipei 101, please follow the on-site instructions and proceed to the 1st floor service counter for ticket redemption services. Visitors may take the elevator from the 1st floor directly to the Observatory.
The actual service location and visitor flow will be subject to the on-site announcements at Taipei 101. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
