| THSR Ticket Changes

• Not yet collected: THSR travel dates and times cannot be changed online. If you need to make changes, please cancel the original order and re-book.
• Collected (including T-EX mobile tickets): Once tickets are collected, changes or cancellations cannot be made on this platform. Please present your ticket at a THSR station ticket window at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to make changes or request a refund. Each ticket is limited to "one change to a train on the same day."
• If requesting a refund, the amount will be refunded in cash after deducting the handling fee. Please be sure to note your travel time and collect your tickets in advance. Refunds will not be accepted if you miss the reserved train due to failure to collect tickets in time.

| THSR Ticket Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation of the itinerary requires the simultaneous refund of the discounted THSR ticket; they cannot be retained separately. If the discounted ticket is used separately in violation of the project rules, the THSR Corporation reserves the right to recover the discount difference.
• Not yet collected:
  • a. Cancellation made 30 minutes "before" the scheduled departure time: 0% handling fee on the THSR ticket price.
  • b. Cancellation made "within" 30 minutes of the scheduled departure time: 100% handling fee on the THSR ticket price.
• Collected (including T-EX mobile tickets):
  • a. Please present the ticket at a THSR station ticket window or the original convenience store where it was collected for a refund at least 30 minutes before departure. The refund will be returned in cash after deducting the handling fee.
  • b. Obtain proof of refund and provide it to our customer service staff to process the itinerary cancellation.
• Typhoon Refund Regulations:
  • a. From the date a Sea Typhoon Warning is issued until it is lifted, passengers may request a refund at any station ticket window within 1 year from the travel date. A full refund without handling fees will be issued after station staff confirm the ticket is unused.
  • b. If you request a refund at a convenience store 30 minutes before the scheduled departure, the "THSR refund handling fee" is waived, but the "convenience store service fee" will still be charged according to the operator's regulations.
  • c. Original booking or collection handling fees are non-refundable.

※Note 1: THSR tickets and attraction itineraries must be cancelled or changed together. If any ticket has been used or if the cancellation is not made before the departure time, no refund will be given. Partial cancellations (e.g., cancelling one person from a two-person trip) are not permitted.
※Note 2: Changes to orders for designated discounted trains are limited to one change to another applicable designated train or seat on the same day. If you wish to change the date, route, car class, or identity, or change to a train that does not qualify as an "applicable designated train," the original discount will not apply. For changes or refunds, please proceed according to the ticket status mentioned above.
※Note 3: Orders for designated discounted trains are valid only for the specific date and train designated on the ticket. Passengers holding a designated discounted ticket who take a different train without authorization will not be eligible for the original discount. If caught without voluntarily paying the fare difference, in addition to paying the full fare difference, a penalty of 50% of the fare difference for the traveled section will be charged.

| Attraction Changes and Cancellation Instructions:

• Attraction visit dates cannot be changed online. If you need to make changes, please cancel the original order and re-book. Refund standards for each attraction itinerary follow their specific refund policies; customer service will assist according to regulations.
• Attraction tickets must be cancelled together with THSR tickets and cannot be retained separately. If the THSR ticket has already been collected, please process the refund at a THSR station or the original collection channel 30 minutes before departure, obtain proof of refund, and then apply via 【Member Center】 → 【My Orders】 → 【Request Refund】.

| Formosa Aboriginal Culture Village Park Notes

• All tickets are all-inclusive. Except for food, beverages, and specifically marked paid items, all amusement rides are free.
• Credit cards are not accepted for purchases within the park; only the National Travel Card is accepted.
• Height restrictions or adult accompaniment requirements apply to amusement rides. Please refer to the regulations in the image below.

| Sun Moon Lake Ropeway

• Operation hours may be extended for large-scale events (such as the Cherry Blossom Festival). Hours may also be adjusted due to weather factors, power outages, system maintenance, etc.
• The first Wednesday of every month is a maintenance day, and the ropeway is closed to the public. Additional suspension dates due to annual major maintenance will be announced. 【Click here to view】
• Any changes to operation hours will be based on on-site announcements or the 【Sun Moon Lake Ropeway Official Website】.   

• Once any item or gift in the combo ticket has been redeemed or used, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
• Please be sure to note the business hours of the redemption location. If redemption is not possible during a specific time, please redeem it during other normal business hours within the validity period.
• This ticket is limited to one person per ticket. Each electronic ticket can only be used once and cannot be reused after verification for entry.
• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, and other natural disasters), the organizer may postpone or cancel the event for public safety. Announcements and contacts will be made in advance. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change details of the event content for any matters not covered herein.

| Attraction Validity Period

1. Purchasing only One-way Outbound Ticket
    Attraction validity: THSR Outbound Date (D) ~ 3rd Day after Outbound Date (D+3)

2. Purchasing only One-way Return Ticket
    Attraction validity: 3rd Day before THSR Return Date (D-3) ~ THSR Return Date (D)

3. Purchasing Round-Trip Tickets
    Attraction validity: THSR Outbound Date ~ THSR Return Date

Please Note: The actual expiration date of the attraction ticket is based on the date displayed on the system. Please confirm again when purchasing.

| Formosa Aboriginal Culture Village

• The Sun Moon Lake Ropeway is a bonus item; Formosa Aboriginal Culture Village reserves the right to terminate this offer. If the ropeway is temporarily suspended due to any reason, no compensation or refund will be given.
• Group Tickets: For groups of 20 or more arriving by bus (please reserve by phone one day in advance). Different group tickets apply according to the conditions in the table above.
• Free entry for children under 3 years old or under 100 cm in height; proof of age and parental accompaniment are required. (According to Tourism Administration regulations: the ratio of caregivers to children under 3 years old should be 1:3; for children with special needs, a 1:1 ratio of legal guardian or volunteer accompaniment is required).
• Parking cleaning fees are payable separately: Motorcycle NT$30, Car/Large Vehicle NT$150.
• The parking fee is for site cleaning and maintenance. The park assumes no responsibility for the custody of vehicles, vehicle parts, or items inside the vehicle. Please do not leave valuables in the car. We apologize for any inconvenience.
